1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Fleetr, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be a licensed insurance broker or authorized agency representative to use Fleetr. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind your organization to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose: to assist with the formatting, stamping, and processing of ICBC-related documents for your insurance clients. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform;
- Upload malicious code or perform security attacks;
- Use the platform in violation of any law or regulation.
5. Document Accuracy & Responsibility
Fleetr provides formatting tools only. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all client data and coverage selections entered are accurate and compliant with ICBC and regulatory requirements.
6. Fees and Billing
Access to the platform may be subject to subscription fees or per-document charges. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing terms provided at the time of registration or in your invoice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and design elements of Fleetr are the intellectual property of Jordan Williams. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform under these Terms.
8. Privacy
Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using Fleetr, you consent to the practices outlined therein.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete any locally stored Fleetr-generated files.
10. Disclaimer
Fleetr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or document acceptance by ICBC.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jordan Williams shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability for direct damages shall be limited to the fees paid by you in the past three (3) months.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or within the app. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
